Eloan provides Home and Auto loans to consumers. The Auto Loan Calculator continually dropped users after performing a calculation. Evaluated usability test results and began with wire frames. Worked through several rounds of revisions to create a more user friendly tool. The new calculator converted 183% more users to loan applications. (screen shot of old calculator)
