Process

Founded by Nicole Hanusek, Smack Happy Design has been designing and redesigning the Internet since 1998. Not only do we love the Web, but we understand it, too.

Here’s How It Works

  • Estimate - After you fill out our short form and explain your needs, we’ll contact you for further details in order to provide an accurate proposal.
  • Conception - We will produce three design concepts for your project(s), allowing you to choose which one works best for your needs.
  • Revisions - You review our work and suggest any changes you would like to see (if any). We always want you, our client, to walk away satisfied.
  • Implementation - You can choose to receive your completed design work as PSD (Photoshop) files, or we can implement them in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It’s your choice. We can also add or transfer your existing content to your new Web site.
  • Completion - Your finished code arrives on disc or is installed directly on your server via FTP. Complimentary training is provided for content management systems.
  • Follow Up - After the site is up, we’ll contact you occasionally to make sure everything is running smoothly and you receive the excellent service you deserve.
